Tony Khindria founded Lexavoca in 1995. As a Solicitor, Avocat à la Cour and Advocate, Tony can practise law in three jurisdictions: England & Wales, France and India. He founded our affiliated Indian firm, Lexindia, in 1987 with offices in New Delhi, London and Paris.

Prior to this, Tony worked in the French multi-national telecommunications manufacturer, Alcatel in Paris in the legal department’s International division (1984 – 1986) where he was in charge of the Indian legal affairs of the Alcatel Group.

At Lexavoca we have an in-depth understanding of legal and business practices in England and France. The firm frequently deals with cross border transactions and legal issues arising in these jurisdictions. Our lawyers and staff are bilingual in English and French. Our clients find our cross-cultural perspective very useful and time saving.

Where clients are not familiar with the other jurisdiction, we explain the differences between the English and French systems so that the clients can have a better understanding of the situation. Naturally we are keeping an eye on BREXIT. There will be many questions arising on the relationship between the UK and Europe.
